The Logo
The Wander Events logo is inspired by the spirit of exploration and the moments that begin with a single path and lead to unforgettable experiences. Drawing from the founders’ appreciation for mountains, trails, coastlines, and the journeys they’ve taken, the mark represents both adventure and discovery.
The Wander Events color palette is rooted in places that have shaped the founders’ sense of adventure.
Rather than selecting colors from trend forecasts or predefined swatches, each color was sampled directly from photographs captured during travels to meaningful destinations, creating a palette that is both authentic and deeply personal.
Typography Selections
Wander Events typography consists primarily of a combination of the serif font Marcellus and the sans serif font Plus Jakarta Sans.
Aboreto is an additional font reserved primarily for emphasis in titles and large headlines.
Patterns
Just as the color palette was inspired by meaningful destinations, the Wander Events topography patterns continue that story by transforming the landscapes themselves into a visual design element.
Using contour maps from Lake Louise, Sulphur Mountain, Haystack Rock, Whale Peak, Bow River Trail, and Montego Bay, each pattern was created from the unique terrain of a place that has shaped the founders’ passion for exploration. Rather than serving as purely decorative graphics, the patterns reinforce the brand’s connection to adventure, movement, and discovery.
Illustrations
Every memorable journey is shaped by the places we explore, the people we meet, the ideas we share, and the connections we make. These illustrations were inspired by the elements found in the places explored while tying into the four core pillars of Wander Events’ mission.
These illustrations should primarily be used in relation to the four core pillars. When appropriate, these can be used as assets within a design.
